Mohamed Hafez Afifi (1304 - 1380 AH / 1886-1961) is an Egyptian doctor and politician.

He was born in Cairo, studied medicine and specialized in English and French. He was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs (1928-34) for a period. He was appointed Ambassador to Egypt in London (1936-38) and was elected Delegate to Egypt in the UN Security Council.
